Our mission is to offer information, education and support to people with Parkinsons (and related disorders) and their care-givers and to liaise with allied health professionals.

Parkinsons Auckland is a not-for-profit, voluntary organisation whose primary objective is the optimal well being, dignity and confidence of those with Parkinsons, their families and carers in the greater Auckland area. This web site provides up to date information about Parkinsons Auckland activities and is part of our service to our members. Our team of Field Officers has a wealth of knowledge and experience. They come from a range of professions including nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and pharmacy. The team's own professional development continues as a priority allowing us to keep up with the latest information and research which in turn we can pass on to our members.
